Disciples closed last night.  we've been working since SEPTEMBER for a TWO WEEKEND RUN?  doesn't seem right.  at all.  especially considering it was never sold out.

but every performance was incredibly solid.  we were the most on i've ever seen a cast, and that is especially surprising because it was also the most draining show any of us had been in (at least that's what most of us said at one of the talkbacks).  the energy was constantly inward-outward, fear-to-ecstasy, ecstasy-to-fear, back-and-forth, CRAZINESS! subtlety and not too much in between.  and don't forget, no intermission and no backstage time, no drinks, no pees.  not to mention how physical it was.  it may not have looked like it, but that just means we were doing our jobs.

anyway, it's over.
i'm mourning.

i'm putting together the (a) soundtrack today for stephanie, andras, friends, and my portfolio. so not interesting.

when i have a life again and an identity and something to rant about, my posts will be enlivened.
